Job Title: Customer Service Representatives
Compensation: $12/hr
Hours: 2PM-11PM (you will work both weekend days)
Training Hours: 10AM-7PM for 2 weeks

Job Description: Answer routine customer inquiries regarding mobile phones, company policies, and additional products and services available.

Responsibilities:
• Answer routine customer inquiries
• Promote products and services to existing customers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
• Operate a variety of office equipment, including personal computer, etc.
• Adapt to changes and being flexibility at the spare of the moment
• Able to meet and maintain Customer Service Representative goals

Experience Required:
• Minimum 6 months call center experience
• Minimum 6 months prior customer service or retail experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills

CornerStone is currently seeking strong customer service representatives to handle phone calls from investors to one of the Big 4 accounting firms. The job starts on Feb. 24, so we need you to apply quickly to be considered. Here’s what you need to know, and to bring to the table.

The assignment is starting out as a 2-month project and will pay $12/hour plus a bonus incentive if you commit to the full project. The schedule is 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the call center is located in Addison.

You will be taking calls from investors or their representatives to provide general information regarding their tax package and the contents they were sent in the mail to prepare to file for their 2015 taxes. You will assist with tasks such as making requested changes to the investor’s accounts or providing duplicate copies of the documents either by phone or physical mail.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills:

  • Strong computer efficiency and the ability to navigate the computer system while talking on the phone with investors.
  • Excellent typing skills. A test will be administered to determine speed and accuracy.
  • Six months experience with call center work or the financial industry.
  • Must have a friendly phone personality and genuine interest in helping people navigate what may be a difficult process. Must have a customer service mindset.
  • Must maintain professionalism at all times and have an excellent phone voice and communications skills, both writing and on the phone.
  • College experience or degree strongly preferred.

Our client is seeking a top performing sales coordinator to add to their existing team. This is a temp to hire opportunity in the Arlington area.

The right candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in sales, product management, or marketing. They must also have excellent and engaging telephone communications skills, be self-motivated and disciplined, and have strong interpersonal and follow up skills. Microsoft Office skills are required with advanced proficiency in Outlook and Word. They must have a customer service mind set. This role is responsible for identifying key materials handling dealers and end users for the product and be able to effectively communicate with these companies and individuals. They must be able to build and cultivate relationships with the key dealers and end users. The sales coordinator will also be responsible for prospecting within the district to broaden the current client base. They will maintain all customer records and call logs and produce a weekly report. They will also follow up on all leads generated from outside calls and online inquiries to qualify the decision maker. They will be responsible for handing off the customer inquiry to the dealer and follow up to ensure that satisfactory contact is made. This individual is also responsible for following up on new product orders and ensures that the transport within the US is handled effectively. The sales coordinator also handles all parts and service questions from the dealers with assistance from the technical personnel.

The opportunity is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm with possible overtime as necessary. Salary is competitive with similar opportunities in the area.
